In my partnership with Horizon Healthcare Partners, I was given the opportunity to design this assessment for one of their fellow colleagues. The purpose of the assessment was to conduct a study on what sort of potential candidates to hire for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline call center in Rhode Island. I utilized the pre-existing brand standards created by SAMHA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association. The assessment is being utilized digitally at the moment.
