Digital illustration is one of my favorite forms of art. During the course of the pandemic, I became skilled in Procreate on the iPad. These illustrations were all created in Procreate with various kinds of brushes and techniques. All illustrations pictured were based off of real photographs and drawn in my style. One of them is based off of my original photographs taken of the mountain foliage in Lake George, New York. In my studies, I have leaned towards a gouache based look. I relied less on blending techniques in this study process, and I think that was successful because it gives the drawings more texture.
